What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. However, as items are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Can I have my tiles printed in a different colour?
If you would like a custom colour tile, please get in touch with us. Depending on the shade you are looking for we can work together to create your dream tile!
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured globally and locally. Our tile suppliers who provide the sublimation blanks operate around the world, and we print and press our designs in our own home in a small workshop.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
